Coral Beauty Angel

The Coral Beauty Angel, comes from the Pacific islands.

The coloration varies, often dark blue on the head and fins and
orange on the body with dark blue stripes.

As with all dwarf angels, use caution when adding to a reef aquarium, as they
are prone to nip at coral and some invertebrates.

Use caution when netting a Coral Beauty  because of the spine at the base of
their gill. The spine can easily get hooked into the net. If this happens, gently move the net back and forth in the aquarium until the tang is released.

Like many marine species, you will have better results if you keep only one
tang in your aquarium because they will become territorial otherwise.
